Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the shop about the refund process. The shop will work you to resolve the issue. Items must be shipped back and returned to the shop in its entirety, then refunds will be processed. Items shipped back to the shop will be at the expense of the customer. 

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact the shop no later than 24 hours after purchase.

Items purchased through stockists locations can only be exchanged or returned through the original place of purchase. ​
